I'm often asked how I can manage the large networks that I maintain, and I'm often asked if Klout is just a measure of noise. But noisy people don't have high Klout scores, those with influence do.

I've put together this short video to highlight how to use twitter search (which applies whether you use Hootsuite or not) and how then to use Hootsuite and it's Klout filter to save time and hone in on value in your twitter stream.
